I will list my reasons as bullet points...

- To help anyone suffering in the current cost-of-living crises.  Giving them an alternative and a way forward.  If you know someone aged who is struggling to sell their home, you can help them out and this will help reduce their fees considerably.
- To show people there is another way.  I am totally at odds with giving 1% to 1.5% of the price of your house to an estate agent when you can do it all yourself and put that money back in your pocket!
- To raise money for a deserving charity and to give something back
- I'm hoping in the near future I can be involved in discussions at governmental level that will perhaps lead to much needed changes within the industry.
