You Disney fanatics out there may have recognised the family name Bounds, which was the maiden name of Lilian Bounds, who was the inspirational wife of Walt Disney

When Walt came up with the initial idea for Mickey Mouse, Lilian was by Walt’s side and offered her opinion and provided guidance on Walt’s idea for the his creation

Without her creative input, we wouldn’t have the incarnation of the mega famous cartoon character we all know and love today
